1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/p>

By downloading, accessing, or using the Brain-Life mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the App. Brain-Life (“we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.<\/p>

2. Description of the Service<\/strong><\/p>

Brain-Life is a neuroscience-based mobile platform that integrates with our proprietary wearable hardware (utilizing EEG, BCI, and fNIRS technologies) to measure, analyze, and enhance cognitive functions such as focus and mental well-being. The App offers real-time brainwave tracking, data visualization, personalized cognitive feedback, and goal-oriented neuro-training tools.<\/p>

3. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>

You must be at least 16 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.<\/p>

4. User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

You agree not to misuse the App or its services and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.<\/p>

5. Data Use and Ownership<\/strong><\/p>

By using the App, you consent to the collection and analysis of your brainwave data. Brain-Life may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve its services and for research purposes. You retain ownership of your raw EEG data, while Brain-Life retains ownership of the algorithms, processed analytics, and intellectual property associated with the App.<\/p>

6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>

All content and features within the App, including software, designs, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Brain-Life and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. You use the App at your own risk. Brain-Life disclaims all warranties, and in no event shall we be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.<\/p>

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to the App.<\/p>
